Jocelyne Alloucherie

Biography

Jocelyne Alloucherie lives and works in Montreal.

Since 1973, she has had many solo shows and participated in a great number of arts events in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and around the world. Her work has recently been shown at the Miller-Gleisher Gallery in New York, at the Canadian Embassy in Tokyo, and at the third Biennale internationale de la photographie et des arts visuels de Liège. Her work is found in major Canadian and European public collections. She was recently awarded the Prix du Québec and the Governor General’s Award.
